I'm a qualified integrative therapist and member of the BACP. I have a background in mental health nursing which has given me extensive knowledge of mental illness and the impact that this can have on an individual as well as the wider family. My work has also extended to those who have experienced the care system and the abuse, complex trauma and attachment wounds that come hand in hand with this.
